London Calling

On Friday Chris and Matt were in Ruislip undertaking filming for Peter Lawrence from Lawrence Rand.

The PVS team shot nine short films ranging from recruitment videos, market update videos and business profiles. Here's a couple behind the scenes snaps from the day, plus an action shot on the way down!

The guys also filmed some Digital Mayor footage showcasing Peter's knowledge and involvement in the local community.

As videographers specialising in the property market, we love shooting Digital Mayor footage! This is because what both prospective buyers as well as people that have lived in the area for years really care about is knowing everything that's going on locally, what the area has to offer, and tips and advice.

Our Beginner Kit List

Have you ever wondered what kit you need to start shooting property video? We get asked this question all the time and it couldn't be easier! For approximately £100 (or less!) you can be fully kitted out with everything you need. The first piece of kit you need is a camera. Well, there's three key pieces of kit that you still need to purchase to be fully up and running. Before sharing our recommended kit list, our unofficial PVS lawyers want us to reiterate that we are not paid to advertise any of these products and we have no relationship with them. They're on our introductory kit list because we believe in them for beginners. Without further delay, there's our recommended kit list: Key Kit No. 1 - Tripod The first thing you'll need to purchase is a tripod...

We're animated!

Everyday is a school day here at Property Video Solutions! To deliver for one of our clients, Chris spent considerable time today learning how to create high-quality animation using Final Cut and Photoshop. Here's a clip of Chris showing off his handy work! Following our successful dip into animation, we're already looking for opportunities where we can incorporate it again.

Off to York!

Chris is hitting the rails to York tomorrow to photograph gear for Yard Force. Over three days Chris will be capturing cordless chainsaws, lawnmowers, and trimmers as well as snatching lifestyle images. Keep a look out for the behind the scenes pics!
