Operation Project 125

PVS teamed up with  Christopher Watkin to launch our new product — Project 125. Our new product (codename "operation Project 125") is perfect for letting and estate agents that know they need video, but don't have the time to develop, edit and produce the content.  Team PVS will shoot a 60 second property video update on your behalf and then supply you with high quality, low-cost and professional content. Here's a few behind the scenes pics from our first video shoot: Why are we using a green screen you may be asking! Well, by shooting in front of a green screen we're able to make any update look and feel local anywhere in the country. Keep an eye on our website for updates!

PVS Auctioneers

Matt and Jess were in the thriving market town of Bourne, Lincolnshire yesterday at  Golding Young & Mawer  to film the sale of high value antiques following the retirement of local collector. Nearly 500 items were up for auction and Team PVS were live on location to watch a man swing a hammer and speak both loudly and quickly. Upon returning to PVS HQ, Jess fed back a few of the logistical challenges of filming a live auction. Unlike the popular perception of men and women franticly swinging paddles (whilst simultaneously trying their best not to knock each other out with their enthusiasm to capture a must have item), the action was much more subdued.  Bids were being submitted online via two different websites and some people live in attendance were bidding by simply raising their eyebrows! But as Matt and Jess are well seasoned professionals, they were able to capture the vigor, spiritedness, and energy of the event.  Matt's cheeky smile above says it all about

🎵 Here we go, on the road again 🎵

Chris and Matt were on the road again yesterday –  hitting Northwich, Davenham & Cuddington  in   Cheshire! The guys were on location completing four interviews for Cheshire TV . The first of the day was with Rory Woodhouse the owner of  Cascade Bathrooms . Here's a live action shot from behind the camera: Next up was with Dot, the owner of Devenhams a gorgeous establishment in the village of Davenham. Here's a peak at the interview (be sure to admire Matt's intense focus): Team PVS then travelled to catch up with Pauline Gray from the fantastic coffeeshop Abda   in  Northwich town centre. It was great to find out more about three up and coming Cheshire businesses. The final interview on our whistle-stop tour was with the author Ruth Elliot-Smith where she talked about her exciting new book! Be sure to tune into our next blog post! Spoiler alert, Matt meets a new friend!

Miss Moneypenny

On Tuesday this week the guys left England to visit Moneypenny in Wrexham, Wales! They had an amazing visit to their in-house pub and a wonderful tour of their incredible building. They wanted to personally thank  Joanne Tattum for her generous hospitality. Here are a few snaps from their visit!

Behind the scenes in Cheshire

Chris and Matt, unofficially known at PVS HQ as the glorious leaders of the video revolution, were in Knutsford yesterday filming the next four episodes of Cheshire TV ! The guys had a great visit and interview with  Gareth West Hair Designs and here are some behind the scenes snaps from the day.  Remember to catch Episode 12 of Cheshire TV which premiers on Friday.

The only way is Cheshire

Tomorrow the guys – also known by their aliases Chris and Matt – are off to Cheshire to film the next four episodes of Cheshire TV ! These will be episodes 13, 14, 15 and 16 and they will drop (in a community near you) in May 2019. However, don't despair. You can watch Episode 11 right now! Be sure to tune in next week to watch Episode 12 which premiers this Friday.

Growing the PVS Team

When Property Video Solutions (PVS) was launched by co-founders Chris and Matt in 2017, it was a two-man band trying to make a splash in a competitive market. Fast forward to 2019, PVS is now a fast expanding team of five and still growing! There's nothing quiet about us as a team and we're immensely proud of our bohemian studio in our former maltings building. As our first official blog post, we here at PVS HQ say – Here's to the future!
