Yesterday our glorious leaders Chris and Matt were in Edgeware filming the first ever episode of North London TV. The new show is shot in the same style as Cheshire TV and features Steve and Rosanne from  Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents . The guys were filming Tim and Nick from  Aldenham Golf & Country Club  where they discussed the founding of the gold club (spoiler alert, it is was founded by EMI Music!) and Tim gave Steve some tips on how to improve his putting. Today at PVS we had the motivational business and leadership speaker  Neil Martin and Lucy J. Parker from Keller Williams Dubai in the studio. Both will feature on the next episode of the #PropShow. No two days are the same at PVS! This morning we shot a short parody video called "Everyday Kerfuffle-in" based on Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO. The Prop Show Beer made a huge splash at Sanjfest 3 in London on Friday. The PVS team dragged two cases of our bespoke beer down to Covent Garden and attendees couldn't wait to get their hands on a bottle and pose for a selfie. It goes without saying that none of the beer came back to Grantham with us. Our Prop Show beer is a hand crafted pale blonde from the Grantham-based Oldershaw Brewery. All future guests that come to PVS studios to be part of the show will get the chance to try our super-refreshing beer. In the meantime, the smiles on everyone's faces at Sanjfest 3 as they receive their bottle of Prop Show beer says it all! Last Friday the PVS Team rode the rails down to London to attend Sanjfest 3. Chris, Matt and Jess attended the event in Covent Garden to film estate and letting agency growth expert Chris Watkin who was both a guest speaker and the MC for the event. When Matt was asked on Monday morning what he thought of the event he said, "Absolutely amazing! This was the second time I've attended the event and Sanjfest 3 was even better than the last one. "The event is always a great place to network with other people working in the property industry and provides PVS with an invaluable platform to showcase the importance of video with prospective customers." PVS has been commissioned to film four pilot episodes for a new TV show called North London TV! Filming will begin next week with Rosanne and Steven from Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents and the show will be shot in the style of Cheshire TV. On Tuesday PVS headquarters was flooded, but not in a good way! When Chris turned up for work in the morning he was horrified to find the entire studio submerged in nearly two to three inches of water! Here's a quick video showing the scale of the damage: Luckily for us,  Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue  arrived on the scene within minutes of us calling. The entire PVS Team wants to thank them for their tremendous hard work, attitude and advice! They helped us pump thousands of litres of water out of the studio, which prevented further damage. We also want to say a big thank you to all our amazing clients who have offered their sympathy, understanding and support during this challenging time. You've all been amazing. We know we've had to cancel numerous shoots at short notice, but we're hoping to get new dates in the diary as early as next week. Team PVS are travelling to London tomorrow to attend  Sanjfest 3! For those that don't know, Sanjfest is a unique estate agency event aimed at sharing new ideas and best practice for those in the industry. Chris, Matt and Jess will be attending the event to film estate and letting agency growth expert  Chris Watkin  who is both presenting on stage as a guest speaker and the MC for the day. The PVS team will also be filming Chris Watkin as he embarks on walkabouts on the event floor conducting impromptu interviews with attendees. On Friday Chris and Matt were in Ruislip undertaking filming for Peter Lawrence from Lawrence Rand . The PVS team shot nine short films ranging from recruitment videos, market update videos and business profiles. Here's a couple behind the scenes snaps from the day, plus an action shot on the way down! The guys also filmed some Digital Mayor footage showcasing Peter's knowledge and involvement in the local community. Yesterday morning Matt blasted off to Rocket Print in Grantham to shoot the header video for their new website. Despite having a tight deadline, the PVS team always loves coming through and delivering a high-quality product for our local partners and clients. After filming the video, Matt went straight into editing mode to turn the project around in under a day! Be sure to check out the full video when Rocket Print launches their new website.

Everyday is a school day here at Property Video Solutions! To deliver for one of our clients, Chris spent considerable time today learning how to create high-quality animation using Final Cut and Photoshop. Here's a clip of Chris showing off his handy work! Following our successful dip into animation, we're already looking for opportunities where we can incorporate it again.
