Happy Belgian National Day to all of our friends, family and clients in Belgium! Or as they say locally, Nationale feestdag van België / Fête nationale belge! Earlier this year we collaborated with The European Copper Institute in Brussels to produce five short films with overlay animation for use as part of a Twitter campaign in conjunction with the 2019 EU Elections. We couldn't have been happier with the result! Especially as the films had over 100k views on Twitter! On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, Chris and Matt were in Westminster filming for Steven Herd from My London Home ! The guys always love heading down to London to film, but when the weather is as perfect as it was, it makes the work that much sweeter. Over the two days our glorious leaders shot ten short films, two market updates and a development film. On the first day they shot in the St George's development by the Thames (which was gorgeous!) and on the second day they shot films highlighting Steven's top ten streets in the SW1 P postcode area. Have you ever wondered what kit you need to start shooting property video? We get asked this question all the time and it couldn't be easier! For approximately £100 (or less!) you can be fully kitted out with everything you need. The first piece of kit you need is a camera. But luckily, as it's 2019, pretty much everyone has a powerful camera in their pocket capable of recording high-quality video. What we mean of course is your smartphone! So what else do you need? Chris and Matt travelled down to Chatham in Kent on Tuesday to film our latest destination film for the Kitchener Barracks development. The guys shot five interviews which included the local property expert Spencer Fortag, the number one cafe in Chatham Cafe Nucleus , the Director of Communications and Development of  Historic Dockyard Paul Barnard, Bob Russell the founder of Copper Rivet Distillery , and the Mayor of Medway Councillor Habib Tejan.  Here are a few behind the scenes pics from the day: Now that we're back in the studio, the team is hard at work keywording and transcoding the content and busy with the first edit. We can't wait to see the finished result! As an aside, Matt couldn't resist posing for a picture in front of the yellow no parking sign, but unfortunately it wasn't for us! PVS wants to wish everyone a Happy Canada Day! We're lucky here at PVS HQ that we get to work with Devon (our token Canadian) week in and week out. He's only been part of the PVS family since April, but he's invaluable behind the scenes helping the business grow. Devon said, "Working at PVS has been great! The team is super close-knit and it's an awesome and cool environment to come to work. Being the only Canadian or "token foreign" comes with some playful banter, but it's always in good fun. "However, they've asked to take some pictures of me with my Canada Rugby shirt on and I'm sure they've doctored the images... I'm scared to think what they've done..."
